PRAGATI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, founded in 2018, is a dedicated non-governmental organization working to transform lives through skill development, education, and empowerment. Our mission is rooted in the belief that skill is power—and everyone, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Operating across Uttar Pradesh, we focus on uplifting youth, women, and marginalized communities by offering hands-on training and job-oriented programs that lead to sustainable employment or entrepreneurship.

Key Programs:

• Vocational Training Centers: Offering courses in trades like tailoring, electrical work, beauty and wellness, carpentry, and more.

• Digital Literacy & IT Skills: Bridging the digital divide through computer education and basic tech skills.

• Entrepreneurship & Microbusiness Support: Guiding aspiring entrepreneurs through business planning, mentorship, and access to micro-financing.

• Women Empowerment Initiatives: Programs designed to enhance confidence, income generation, and independence for women.

• Youth Career Readiness: Resume building, interview preparation, English communication, and life skills training for school and college dropouts.
